We don’t get through this life unscathed. At times you may feel unsafe and it can be overwhelming. It may seem that you are not getting what you want in your relationships or in your life in general. When we decide that it is time to take better care of ourselves and to explore our inner landscape, a guide can help us through. I provide an honest, warm and authentic relationship. With the trust and safety needed, one can begin to move toward experiencing life differently. It may be helpful to ask yourself this, how do I want to feel? How do I want to be? 

Among other types of therapy I use EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) for couples who are in need of either a tune up or help rebuilding from a long standing lack of connection. For individuals, many modalities can be used depending on individual needs. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful tool to help transform trauma, negative beliefs, depression and anxiety. Earlier known mainly for its ability to help war veterans and first responders recover from horrific experiences, this therapy practice has been further developed and is now known for its many applications and is widely used for more common problems.
